Return policy varies by brand but most products are covered by this: 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping on remorse returns. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost to you. Customized and made to order products are not returnable. Note: Installed fixtures cannot be returned. Made to order lamps are not returnable which includes the gourd collections. Non-returnable items are noted in the product description.
Parts, glass, replacement shades, stems are not returnable.
